This newest volume in the ELT in Context series by Nicole Takeda is about teaching English at a nongovernmental organization (NGO) in Cambodia and is unique in its details and documentation. Nicole Takeda is an advocate for Cambodian students and teachers, and their rights to language education and training. She is the co-founder and director of the Bayon English Academy, a school for disadvantaged youth in Siem Reap. She also works as a university instructor in Japan where she teaches intercultural communication.
